Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2025
1. Appointment Policy
Appointments are scheduled at a mutually agreed time. We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full consultation time. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.
Initial consultations are approximately 60 minutes. Follow-up appointments are approximately 30-45 minutes.
2. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee. This policy allows us to offer your appointment time to other patients who may be waiting.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of consultation unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.
For insurance claims, your payment method is agreed upon at the time of booking. Southern Cross Easy-Claim is processed in-clinic. For other insurers, you pay the consultation fee and we provide a detailed receipt for you to submit.
